Over the last few years, Lin has been using the residence as an office for his production company, Perfect Storm Entertainment, while living in the space above.

Fast & Furious director’s home for sale: Sleek and ultra-modern
The sleek, ultra-modern space has an industrial vibe thanks to its location. It’s inside a heritage building dating back to 1925 in the LA Arts District. Originally the West Coast headquarters for Nabisco, the building was declared a Historic Cultural Monument. It was converted into a live and work community space by 2007.

Spanning three levels within the building, the large and spacious interior of Lin’s apartment covers 4,300 square feet. There’s an additional 3,600 square feet of outdoor space offer 360-degree views of the surrounding city.
Rooftop terrace with panoramic views
The focal point of the interior is the open stairs, stretching from one floor to the next. Much of the space – including two bedrooms and three baths – has limitless possibilities when it comes to décor, furniture design, and lifestyle needs.

The first floor houses the previous owner’s creative space and office. The second floor can be used for multiple luxurious living spaces and a kitchen. Lin’s dedicated suite was on the third floor, boasting high ceilings, rustic brick walls. There’s a private ensuite bathroom with all the trimmings.
Lavish swimming pool
The rooftop terrace offers the perfect place for entertainment, including stunning views, a half-basketball court, and a hot tub.

The building itself, aside from being a heritage structure, is extremely private with a 24/7 concierge service and a lavish swimming pool.
Residents are also able to enjoy the neighbourhood’s recent revival. Included are new art galleries, breweries, boutiques, restaurants, and the recently refurbished Grand Central Market. Also nearby is the members-only Soho Warehouse, offering a hotel, gym, and two restaurants.
