Rado introduced blue, green and black dial options to this colourful lineup that takes its name from renowned British explorer and navy man, Captain James Cook.

Great value
Rado offers exceptional value at its price point. This model competes with Oris’ Divers 65, especially with the recent bronze case options, at a starting price of $2800 CAD. The Captain Cook measures 2 mm larger in case diameter. For an additional $300 however, you are also able to purchase a watch that includes three strap options.
If you’re looking for a watch at this price point with rich hues of colour and something that is unique and versatile, I certainly suggest having a look at the various combinations in the Captain Cook lineup.
On the other hand, if you’re somebody who’s looking for a watch that develops a unique patina (oxidation over time) and its own sense of character the more you wear it, my suggestion would be to go for the bronze. Rado’s offered these cases with green and blue dial options. This model would certainly make a wonderful gift for the holidays.
