Boathouse Auctions, an online yacht auction platform, along with Concierge Auctions, are co-ordinating the auction. Concierge Auctions is one of largest luxury real estate auction marketplaces in the world. The yacht, called Project Y910, was unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show Sept. 22-25.

A super yacht that can accommodate up to 36 guests

Project Y910 was designed by naval architect Robert McFarlane of McFarlane ShipDesign. The super yacht is outfitted by Fincantieri, one of the world’s largest shipbuilding groups.

The 120-meter luxury project recycles an existing ice class hull, lengthening it and adding new aluminum superstructure to deliver a brand-new concept. The hull and superstructure are all but finished. What remains is the luxurious interior and deck amenities. That includes the possibility of up to 18 staterooms and all common areas. It accommodates up to 36 guests and 50 crew members.

Renderings/plans feature two pools, two helipads, and a helicopter lift/hangar. There are six tender garages for shuttling guests to and from shore in style. Plus there’s a large owner’s suite on deck 6, and two VIP cabins spanning deck 5. There are 15 additional double-berth staterooms on deck 4.
