Plenty of ocean views

Tees, fairways, bunkers and greens are impeccably maintained especially given the harsh rainy and dry seasons. The unavoidable torrential downpours are most likely to affect play between August and October. In peak dry season (February – March) after several months of hot sun and no rain the course can get a little parched. But overall it remains a spectacular course rich in natural beauty, lush vegetation, and exotic tropical wildlife.

The Pacific Ocean comes into view on the 16th 17th and 18th hole. Golfers are treated to cold towels and water at the 19th hole. Throughout the course coolers are stocked with ice at multiple holes. Golf carts are also equipped with coolers and ice on board.

A shot-maker’s true test

Enjoy a world-class golf experience and expert lessons at the resort. The Pro Shop remains open 365 days a year with a broad selection of golf clothing, accessories and golfing equipment, as well as rental clubs. All golf carts are equipped with GPS so you always stay on course. Golfers can download the La Iguana GC APP providing interactive scorecards, tee time bookings, stats tracking and yardage stats. You can also boast your scorecard directly onto facebook from the APP.

A 2021 full individual annual pass with extensive benefits is about $4,520 USD and the full family pass will cost $6,215. The club also offers Friday to Sunday individual and family memberships too.

Philip Krick, Jr. PGA Director of Golf says of the course: “It makes you think; it makes you play, it makes you drive the ball, it makes you position the ball. It’s a shot-makers test of golf. It’s a beautiful site and the type, of course, I’d enjoy experiencing every day of my life.” Echoing Mr. Krick’s statement are a myriad of happy golfers who play La iguana Golf Course.
