The 2024 BMW 750e xDrive is a luxury plug-in hybrid sedan that scored for us on many points, over a weekend drive with two young nieces 130 miles east of Toronto, the bulk of the trip via highway. The 750e xDrive features a 3.0-liter inline-six engine paired with an electric motor, delivering a combined output of 490 horsepower. So that more than fit the bill for the highway driving. The BMW 750e xDrive also offers an EPA-rated electric-only range of approximately 34 miles, suitable for short commutes and city driving.
But it was the interior that really blew us away – including the backseat comfort, where the two young girls quietly read and worked on their art for over two hours. The cabin is equipped with high-quality materials, including leather upholstery, heated and ventilated seats, and advanced climate control systems. It includes a state-of-the-art infotainment system with a large touchscreen display, navigation, and smartphone integration. Advanced safety and driver assistance features are standard, such as adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and automated emergency braking.
The BMW 750e xDrive has a body-colored rear bumper with a black rub strip, black side windows trim, black door handles, and a fixed rear window with a defroster and power blind.
