Each spring, the Enercare Centre in Exhibition Place in Toronto transforms into an inspiration center filled with ideas and solutions which attract visitors from across the nation. The annual National Home Show brings together the city’s top designers, builders, and home innovation experts, all under one roof. Packed with cutting-edge renovation products, sustainable designs and curated décor trends, this trade show has something for every taste and budget. This year’s event is packed with creativity and is sure to transform how you think about your living space.
This year’s home show communicates the importance of natural light, rich textures, and thoughtful details. The whole affair exhibited an efficient indulgence. Sunrooms, saunas, and golf themes were among the top attractions. Running a full ten days from March 6 to March 15, 2026, this is Canada’s longest-running home show. Now in its 76th year, it has become North America’s largest display of innovative home and garden ideas. With over five hundred exhibitors, it’s a mammoth event which attracts thousands of attendees who come looking for hands-on demos and inspirations to turn their renovation dreams into reality.
There are a million pots and pans for sale, and all manner of kitchenware, cookware, tableware deals. Most offers are show specials which help convince consumers to buy now and not shop for better prices or better quality anywhere else.
Creative Director Tiffany Pratt has revitalized the show using bolder colours, iconic striped designs, and a focus on livable luxury. Multi-disciplinary designer, artist, and TV personality, Tiffany is serving as the first-ever Creative Director of the 2026 National Home Show. It’s clear to me she has brought a bold, modern-meets-vintage vision to the event’s overall look and feel. Known as the “Queen of Colour,” she has infused the show with artful installations which celebrate creativity, reuse, and home transformation. There are so many ideas on display. What typically makes the home show so exciting is how every business brings their best solutions. From wellness sanctuaries to all-season home extensions and playful backyard upgrades, the show really promotes a sense of “elevated living” and feasible comfort.
The Kitchen Zone highlighted sleek, multi-functional layouts which combined cooking, entertaining, and everyday living in a cohesive and highly efficient space. Exhibitors with smart appliances, clever storage solutions, and sustainable surfaces were especially popular. In the busiest booths, the business owners were present to give visitors hands-on information and even more ideas for their own more efficient, tech-forward, and eco-conscious kitchens at home.
We saw stunning stone cooktops, and top of the line BBQ’s which are self cleaning, and so portable they can be enjoyed poolside. The backyard wellness zone was pure heaven. Sleek patio furniture and sturdy all weather awnings make outdoor living look very attractive and have us all yearning for a long hot summer.
Wood Saunas at the Home Show
Breathtaking outdoor wood saunas were among the most visited and talked-about exhibits at the 2026 home show. Even the $16,300 barrel sauna is a masterpiece. Private backyard saunas bring serenity and I could feel that calmness right here in the hustle and bustle of the exhibition hall. These aren’t basic add-ons; they’re lifestyle statements which transform any home or cottage space into a private retreat, and they smell great.
A Sea of Jacuzzis
There were Jacuzzis beyond counting at the show. These luxury hot tubs featured dozens of powerful jets, sleek modern silhouettes, ambient lighting, and smart controls that turn every soak into a five-star experience. But for me the real thrill came at the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel booth where I couldn’t resist scratching the “Win Big” card on their promo. Now I’ll wait for the email to see if I scored that $500 off a project! Their one-day bath-to-shower conversions and safe walk-in solutions are perfect for anyone craving spa-level luxury indoors. These pieces redefine self-care for 2026.
All Season Elegance: Scandia Canada’s Stunning Sunrooms
One of my absolute favourite moments was stepping into the Scandia Canada Ltd display. There, in a bright, energy-efficient sunroom enclosure is a vision of relaxing in pure, sun-drenched bliss. Locally designed and manufactured right here in Canada, these enclosures turn ordinary patios into sophisticated living extensions with seamless glass, retractable walls, and comfort through every season.
I can picture myself enjoying morning coffee in a glass patio protected from the wind while watching the birds; or curling up with a book in a rainstorm. Having such a home addition could feel like a year-round escape. The clean lines, natural light, and effortless integration with outdoor spaces perfectly capture the “millionaire backyard secret” aesthetic we love. More trends at the National Home Show tip toward practical beauty elevating daily life without any fuss.
Dedicated Play Zones: Sim Shacks Indoor Golf Simulators
For golf enthusiasts, or anyone who loves turning hobbies into high-end lifestyle features, Sim Shacks delivered pure excitement. Their luxurious indoor golf simulator sheds use pro-grade tech. They have bigscreens which offer virtual golf courses from around the world, and all housed in sleek, climate-controlled backyard enclosures. These are absolute game-changers for golf lovers.
With Sim Shacks you can tee off in comfort year-round without leaving your basement or garage. The craftsmanship is impeccable. it’s modern design with a focus on performance and perfecting your shot, and it doesn’t always have to be competitive; it’s easy to just hang out, and play the golf simulator as you watch a game while BBQ’ing and swimming with the family. Sounds good huh? These golf simulators prove luxury home decor includes dedicated spaces that look as stunning as they play. Imagine hosting friends for virtual rounds on a sunny afternoon or a snowy evening.
Renovation Dreams Made Real: RenoQuarter Expert Design Guidance
Luxury home transformation needs the right team, and RenoQuarter shines. I picked up business cards from Senior Designer Amer Shalian (whose team builds dreams across the GTA from their Mississauga base). Their full-service renovation approach — kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and complete home makeovers with a focus on turning visions into reality with seamless execution and beautiful results. Whether you’re updating after adding a sunroom or integrating a new wellness feature, their expertise ensures every detail aligns with that quiet luxury feel. Meeting professionals like Amer at the show reminded me how personal and exciting the renovation journey can be when you have the right partners.
Backyard Adventure & Fun: True North Inflatables
For those who love taking luxury outdoors in unexpected ways, True North Inflatables, Jonathan and Cynthia Collins brought playful sophistication to the mix. Their premium inflatable products are built strong and designed to explore. We were surprised to know it includes everything from durable docks and loungers to water hammocks and high-end backyard setups. They even have an inflatable catamaran which comes with built-in speakers.
These inflatables were strong enough to withstand the crushing power of my 4 inch heels! Jonathan tells me the deck is made of ‘military grade PVC’ and is ridiculously strong considering it will likely be only used by barefoot swimmers or folks wearing flip-flops. This is a dream acquisition for any family hoping to elevate lakeside or poolside living. In the context of 2026 home trends, these pieces add a layer of effortless fun and wellness to outdoor spaces: imagine floating on a luxury inflatable dock after a sauna session or hosting sunset gatherings with stylish, easy-to-store furniture.
This year’s show proves home decor is all about intentional beauty, comfort and luxury. We saw many pieces that look incredible and genuinely improve how you live, play and connect. Attendees visiting the home show will at some point ponder the idea of creating a wellness escape in their homes. They’ll consider adding outdoor furniture, or extending their living space with sunrooms, or creating a private golf retreat with Sim Shacks, or enhancing their backyard pool with True North Inflatables. We saw furniture, outdoor kitchens, barrel saunas, sunroom serenity, golf simulators, and upscale inflatables.
Throughout the show, the kitchen displays radiated chef-level sophistication. Everyone will appreciate the seamless marble islands, smart integrations and high-end finishes that make daily routines feel special. These 2026 show emphasized warmth, functionality, and subtle elegance which proves that every part of your home can be a quiet luxury statement. If you’re anywhere near Toronto before March 15 visit the show. Bring your vision board, comfortable shoes, and an open mind. Hopefully you’ll leave with ideas to transform your home into something truly extraordinary, beautiful, and deeply relaxing.
What makes the National Home Show so magical is the scale and interactivity. You can touch the cedar sauna panels, test the Jacuzzi jets, step inside a Sim Shacks simulator, or lounge in a Scandia sunroom. This is the place to chat about renovations with experts and dream of owning a cottage in which you can float True North inflatables. The best in luxury living is all under one roof at the Enercare Centre.
